Dear Participants, We are launching the CPA Eurasia certification. The Eurasian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (a partner of the CIPA program) presents the international public accountant certification: CPA Eurasia (Certified Public Accountant Eurasia). The CPA Eurasia program extends and builds upon the CIPA (Certified International Professional Accountant) program, advancing it to a necessary third level while adhering to the requirements of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and the IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) Committee. Participants in the CIPA certification program may be issued Level 1 and Level 2 CPA Eurasia certificates—in addition to their Level 1 and Level 2 CIPA certificates—upon passing the program's "bridge" subject: Business and Professional Ethics. Participants in the CPA Eurasia certification program may be issued Level 1 and Level 2 CIPA certificates—in addition to their Level 1 and Level 2 CPA Eurasia certificates. In accordance with the international educational standards of the International Federation of Accountants, the CPA Eurasia program comprises three levels, consisting of 17 subjects and a final comprehensive exam. In addition to the standard CIPA subjects, the CPA Eurasia Level 1 includes a new subject: "Business and Professional Ethics." CPA Eurasia Level 2 is identical to CIPA Level 2. CPA Eurasia Level 3 includes seven subjects: "Financial Accounting and Reporting 3," "Management Accounting 3," "Audit and Assurance 2," "Taxation 2," "Financial Management 2," "Corporate Governance," and "Business Environment, Strategy, and Management." At Level 3, four subjects are mandatory, and one must be selected from a choice of three. The final comprehensive exam for the CPA Eurasia program covers all subjects within the CPA Eurasia certification. In Tajikistan, the Public Institute of Accountants and Auditors of the Republic of Tajikistan (PIPAART) is the accredited organization for administering CPA Eurasia exams.
